Nicole Mora has been helping people since 2001, bringing a strong background in customer service to every client she serves. She began investing in real estate in 2016, became a licensed broker in 2018, and stepped into the role of Qualifying Broker in 2023.

Specializing in multifamily property management, Nicole helps owners reduce vacancies, strengthen tenant relationships, and maximize long-term value. She also has experience in sales and commercial property management, making her a trusted partner for a wide range of real estate needs.

At the heart of her work, Nicole believes real estate is about people as much as it is about property—and she takes pride in making ownership easier, smoother, and more rewarding.

As a licensed real estate broker, I specialize in commercial and investment sales, while also providing comprehensive property management services. As a member of the National Council of Exchangers and a Board Director for the New Mexico Council of Exchangers, I actively contribute to fostering collaboration and creative real estate solutions.

I’ve been investing in real estate since 2007, and in 2014, my wife and I co-founded Keyway Properties, Inc. My number one philosophy is helping people achieve their real estate goals—whether it’s an investment to lease out or a new business location. In property management, that means understanding that tenants are not just renting a unit—they’re living in their home, creating memories. When tenants feel at home, owners benefit, and together, everyone’s real estate goals are achieved.
